PERSONAL DATA PROTECTİON 

CLARİFİCATİON TEXT FOR PERSONS CONNECTED TO HOTSPOT 

According to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law"), ÖZ İNŞAAT TUR.PET. GIDA SAN.VE TİC.LTD. ŞTİ. (hereinafter referred to as "SİDE PREMIUM") is defined as the data controller due to the processing of personal data about you. According to Article 10 of the Law titled "Obligation to Inform", data controllers are obliged to inform the real persons whose personal data they process on some issues. 

This text has been prepared by SİDE PREMIUM in order to comply with the legislation and to be transparent and accountable. 

Definitions 

 According to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data: 

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; 

Processing of personal data means any operation performed on personal data such as obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, modifying, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, classifying or preventing the use of personal data by fully or partially automated or non-automated means provided that it is part of any data recording system; 

Data subject, the natural person whose personal data is processed; 

 Data controller, the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system 

The obligation to inform refers to the obligation of the data controller or the person authorized by the data controller to inform the data subjects about the identity of the data controller, the purpose for which personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose the processed personal data may be transferred, the method and legal reason for collecting personal data and other rights listed in Article 11 of the Law. 

Related Person: You, who connect to the hotspot in the premises of our Company and therefore we process some personal data, are accepted as the relevant person by the law. 

Data Controller: [SİDE PREMIUM] is the data controller who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data regarding your personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system. 

Your Personal Data Processed, Purposes of Processing and Legal Reasons 

• Identity (Date of Birth), Customer Transaction (Room Number), Transaction Security (MAC Address, IP Address, Visited Page Information) data. 

• For the Purposes of Execution of Information Security Processes, Execution of Activities in accordance with the Legislation and Execution of Storage and Archive Activities 

▪ Article 5/2 (ç) of KVKK: Pursuant to Article 5/2 (ç): It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation (We are obliged to record your internet browsing information as a collective use provider in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation on Internet Collective Use Providers. 

 For this reason, it is our legal obligation to obtain and store your personal data in order to record the transactions you perform on the internet using the internet of our premises). 

In addition to the above information, your Transaction Security (Connection Time) information is automatically generated by the system in line with the above-mentioned data processing purpose and legal reason. 

To Whom and For What Purpose Personal Data Can Be Transferred 

Your personal data may be transferred to the relevant authorities upon request within the framework of Article 28/1 of the KVKK without the obligation to inform and without seeking your explicit consent. 

Apart from this, in unforeseen situations, your personal data may be transferred to public institutions (administrative authorities such as Ministries) specified in the law within the purposes and limitations stipulated in the law, if requested in cases clearly specified in the law. 

Apart from our legal obligations that do not have an obligation to inform and do not require your explicit consent; It is transferred to the hotspot service provider company that we receive service within the framework of Article 8 of the KVKK. 

Methods of Obtaining Personal Data 

Your personal data; It is obtained by automatic methods through our hotspot device. 

Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data 

Data subjects must first communicate their rights regarding their personal data to the data controller. 

Pursuant to the Law, in relation to your personal data: 

 a) Learn whether personal data is being processed, 

b) To request information if your personal data has been processed, 

 c) To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, 

 ç) To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad, 

 d) To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, 

 e) To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in case the reasons requiring its processing disappear 

 f )  To request notification of the transactions made in accordance with subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred 

g ) Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems 

 ğ) In case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, you can use your rights to demand compensation for the damage.

In your application; 

▪ Your name, surname and signature if the application is written, 

▪ For citizens of the Republic of Turkey, your T.R. identification number, if you are a foreigner, your nationality, passport number or identification number, if any, 

▪ Your residential or workplace address for notification, 

▪ Your e-mail address, telephone and fax number, if any, for notification, 

▪ The subject of your request, 

SİDE PREMIUM reserves the right to verify your identity.
